Shipping & Delivery Policy
Brinelume arranges worldwide delivery by courier, air freight, sea freight and customer-nominated freight providers. Checkout shows the product total only; shipping is quoted after checkout. Within 3 business days after your order is placed, we send a shipping plan with the dispatch or handover point, route, estimated timing and freight charge.
How shipping works
Place your order
Checkout confirms your products. Minimum order quantity is 10 units per order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Receive your shipping plan
Within 3 business days, we send the dispatch or handover point, route, timing, freight charge and payment instructions.
Approve the plan
Approve Brinelume-arranged freight or send your nominated-provider details. Production, preparation and dispatch follow the confirmed arrangement.

These are standard estimates. Your shipping plan confirms the dispatch point, shipping route, estimated timing and freight charge for your order.
Australia delivery
For Australian delivery addresses, orders dispatched from Adelaide or another Australian dispatch point are delivered within Australia in 2–7 business days after dispatch.
Some Australian orders ship from Brinelume’s production facility in China or another confirmed dispatch point. Your shipping plan shows the route, timing and freight charge.
Worldwide delivery & freight providers
Brinelume arranges worldwide delivery by courier, air freight and sea freight. Sea freight can be used for small or larger orders. Your shipping plan confirms the route for your order.
You may nominate your own freight forwarder, receiving warehouse or shipping agent. For customer-nominated freight, the handover point can be Adelaide, Australia; Brinelume’s production facility in China; or another confirmed handover address.
Production & dispatch
Ready-to-ship items are prepared after product payment. Dispatch takes place after you approve the shipping plan and pay any freight charge payable to Brinelume, or after we receive the handover details for your nominated freight provider.
Made-to-order, private label, wholesale and special-preparation orders start after the written order details, delivery arrangement and required payments are confirmed. Dispatch follows the approved shipping plan after production or preparation is complete.
Costs, customs & tracking
For Brinelume-arranged freight, the freight charge is shown in your shipping plan. For customer-nominated freight, transport costs are arranged with your nominated provider.
For international orders, your shipping plan or written quote states what is included. Destination duties, taxes, customs, quarantine, storage, port, redelivery and local delivery charges are handled by the customer unless included in the written quote.
A tracking number or freight reference is provided after dispatch, carrier lodgement or handover. For customer-nominated freight, we also provide handover confirmation.
Delivery notes & support
The timing table shows standard estimates. Carrier schedules, customs processing, destination rules, weather, peak periods, remote addresses or incomplete delivery information can change timing. We will update you if a material change affects your order.
