How membership works
Brinelume membership is based on eligible spend in the last 12 months. The higher your eligible spend, the higher your tier and reward rate.

2Your 12-month spend updatesThe calculation uses eligible product value after order discounts and product-level refunds.
3Your tier and rewards followWhen your rolling eligible spend reaches a tier threshold, your account upgrades. Most new rewards stay pending until the related order is confirmed or received.
ExampleIf your eligible spend reaches A$188 in the last 12 months, your account becomes Member. From your next qualifying order, eligible store purchases can earn 1% Store Credit.
Membership tiers and rewards
Store Credit rates apply to eligible store product totals. Custom/service rates apply when the order is identified as a custom or service order. Elite is invitation-only.

When rewards become usable
Brinelume separates pending rewards from available rewards. Pending rewards become available after the related order is confirmed or received.

ExampleIf a Member places an eligible A$100 store order paid with new spend, the order can earn A$1 Store Credit. It appears as pending first, then becomes available after the order is confirmed or received.
Store Credit and Project Voucher
The wallet has two balances for ready-to-order purchases and custom/project work. Each balance follows its own eligible order type.
Project Voucher
Project Voucher can be used on custom/service project amounts such as design files, samples, label layout, revision fees and light custom work.
- Valid for 180 days.
- Applies to custom/service project orders.
- The amount paid by Project Voucher can count toward eligible spend.
Reward formula: Store Credit earned = reward base x the tier rate held when the order was placed. Reward base = eligible spend minus Store Credit used and minus Project Voucher used on custom/service amounts. Some quoted or project-based orders may support membership progress without earning Store Credit.
Referral rewards
A valid referral means your friend uses your referral code or link and places their first paid order with at least A$99 eligible spend within 30 days. Each referred customer connects to one referrer.

Custom, private label and OEM work
Custom and service work can support membership progress and earns at the custom/service rate. Project Voucher applies to custom/service project amounts.

What design and sample fees usually include
Label layout: One SKU label layout based on customer-supplied logo, copy, barcode and brand materials, with one confirmation file and two minor revision rounds. Extended design work is quoted separately.
3D visual: One product preview image for visual direction. Print colour, material and finish are confirmed through the final production file or sample.
2D artwork: A flat file for sample or print confirmation, including size, copy, barcode and bleed information where applicable.
Sample: One physical sample based on confirmed artwork. If the sample differs from the confirmed file, Brinelume corrects it. New changes after approval are quoted separately.
Extra revision fee: Applies when requests exceed the included revision rounds or when confirmed work is reopened, including design-direction changes, size or structure changes, extra languages, extra SKUs, or a confirmed design being restarted.

These terms keep the program clear and consistent for membership records, wallet balances and reward timing.
What counts as eligible spend?
Eligible spend means the net product value from paid eligible orders in the last 12 months. Product value is calculated after order discounts and product-level refunds. Brinelume may correct records if order details change.
How do upgrade and downgrade reviews work?
Public tiers upgrade immediately when the rolling 12-month eligible spend reaches the threshold. The reward rate on the order that caused the upgrade is based on the tier held when that order was placed. The new tier rate starts from the next qualifying order. Annual review uses the last 12 months of eligible spend and includes a 30-day top-up period before a downgrade is applied.
When are pending rewards released?
Most order-related rewards become available after delivery confirmation or account review. Customers can still confirm receipt earlier where the account flow allows it.
What can be corrected or reversed?
Order status, refund changes, referral records and product eligibility can adjust eligible spend and pending rewards. Brinelume may correct records if order details change.
How do expiry dates work?
Positive Store Credit entries are valid for 365 days. Positive Project Voucher entries are valid for 180 days. Negative adjustments may correct or reverse a balance. Expired or corrected balances stay within the Brinelume wallet record.
Can Brinelume change these rules?
Brinelume may update membership rules for future orders, correct obvious errors, review rewards, and apply a written project quote or campaign rule where it is more specific than this page. Available balances remain subject to expiry, refund and record correction rules.
